3. There are multiple parking lots with ample parking spots
4. The park is a project focuses on sustainability, restoration and education
5. Dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed
6. There is a very large dog park within the park grounds
7. There is a man-made geothermal lake for recreational purposes such as fishing
8. The park is new and very well kept, it is obvious the employees, stewards, and volunteers take pride in this park
