8 reasons why we love Elizabeth Lake Nature Preserve
1. There are 8 different ecosystems in the preserve including savanna, marsh, bog, meadow and prairie.
2. The sunsets and sunrises in the park are breath taking
3. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the park
4. The park overlooks one of the Twin lakes, Lake Elizabeth
5. Dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed
6. There are two overlooks that are a wonderful place to stop and rest and look around in 360 degrees
7. The wildflowers are beautiful during the spring and summer
8. The park and boardwalks are well kept by the employees and volunteers
